Its Prism assistant now helps 20 health systems dig through drug-monitoring data without forcing humans to play detective across five dashboards and a mountain of spreadsheets. The bigger sequel - a 340B compliance agent - promises to gather receipts, shortages, and eligibility rules, then spit out an audit trail instead of a migraine.
The important bit: the AI does the digging and drafting, but the final compliance judgement stays with hard rules, not robot vibes. So it is less "rogue chatbot runs the pharmacy" and more "very fast intern with excellent filing habits."
